Yes – there is no charge if you move your own goods and load your own module or container – all you pay is the low monthly rent.
Can you pick up my storage for me?
We have AFRA accredited removalists available to move our customers into our storage facilities. Visit our removalist’s website at www.kylebayremovals.com.au
What hours can I access my module?
Provided you give us 2-business days’ notice, you have free access to your storage unit from 9:00am to 5:00am, Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday. If you require emergency access, this can be arranged for a modest fee.
Are the modules & containers secure?
Yes. We have a 24-hour alarm, cameras throughout our building, security patrols all night and a barbwire fence around the entire property.
What if I don't need my rented storage module or container anymore?
Ideally, contact us 7-14 days prior to the date you plan to vacate. However, in the case of an emergency, we require a minimum of 3-business days’ notice to end any storage contract.
How will I pay for my rented containers or modules
Monthly payments are due on the first of every month. When you first book your storage space, we require a $50.00 booking deposit to confirm. This amount is credited against your first month’s storage. The day you move into the space, the remainder of your first month’s rent and any moving related fees are due.
What is the shortest period I can rent a container or module for?
Our storage terms are very flexible from 1 month to years. If you will be renting a module or container for more than 6 months, we can offer you a more competitive rate.
What size are the storage containers & modules?
Storage modules come in two sizes, 7m3 or 10m3. Containers hold 36m3.
